To day is my birth day and this is the first B' day where me n my husband alone
all those birthdays I celebrated with my children n my husband after my marriage ,, and some times occasionally when ever I visit India then if that month happens to be April my birth month then  my Birthday  definitely would celebrate with my parents and sisters n other  family members but it was long long ago and mostly n almost I  lived outside India and usually i would be celebrating my spl day with my children n friends this time I'm in India and my children are in NZ.................with out children it is very boring and don't feel like celebrating as they are away from us
 this year  and away from India..... me n my husband left alone for some business assignments here in India
so decided to keep it low profile and not  to celebrate today this B'day may be later when my children come to visit us on a vacation some where around in July this year thought to celebrate with them while we r with children that would be our biggest celebration naturally,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I did not buy any Saree nor dress and I decided finally not to celebrate with out children
but yesterday my daughter sent me some money asking me to buy a nice Saree and the money sent through western union money transfer and I was not very keen to get that money also
immediately
  Whole day that is on 20th April I was sleeping only did n't go for a shopping
my husband was forcing me to get ready for a shopping even then I was not interested
and I woke up at evening 8pm and it is summer in here in India very hot so entire day I was in my bed room only b'coz it was cool and cozy over there and not feel like coming out also as it was very hot   inside there is an AC so left there itself

at about 10pm my son who is a 2nd year medical student and away from home called me and said
mom I will call u with my friend's fon as my fon not working so please lift the new number
and I said OK ..... later at about 11.59pm my sister in law (my younger bros wife ) who is also my favourite sis in law and wished me at the zero hour on my birth day
at the same time I got a call from my son who is also called me n wished me on my Birth day
I was very much thrilled n immediately I got call from my one and only brother who is away for a business trip he called me n wished me at about 12.04am and said akka ( sister in Telugu) I will call u later and disconnected my fon and immediately I called my sister in law and telling her that my brother n also her husband who is away from his family also called me as I was telling her at about 12.16am my door bell rang and I was so scared.............................
asking  my husband that who could be at this odd hour?  mean while I was still on fon with my sis in law and telling her about the door bell
and she was telling me very casually  may be u r getting a birth day surprise gift akka ( sister )
I said who will send me at this hour ?  mean while my husband opened the door and to my surprise it is my brother who came on my birth day and it was such a nice dream like thrill never expected my brother at that time and my sister in law and brother planned it that way as she was busy with her lil kids exams so she could nt come to me ...." O MY GOD"  was so shocked surprised and thrilled I have no words and it is almost ages that we met on my birth day as I used to be always away from India in some other country and mostly with my children and husband
now unexpectedly my brother came to wish me on my birth day in spite of his busy schedule who is also away from his own family but squeezed some time to spend with me on my birth day......
as I did not  buy any new Saree but as soon as he entered my home he gifted me a nice silk Saree
I have no words to express my happiness
n morning i went to a temple and then came home wear new Saree n evening me n bro n my hubby were there and my bro bought me a cake and i cut the cake at about 7pm at about 9pm my eldest brother in law who is also a doctor was busy in the day and called me and wished me as he wished me my brother immediately decided to take me there to their place as my dad was also there and night at about 10pm he took me to my eldest sister 's place as they are also came for a vacation from Saudi and next day my nephew is leaving for UK so they were busy could n't visit my place but my brother took me to my eldest sister's place and spent nice cozy night with my dad, sister, bro in law,and nephews my hubby brother and it was such a nice get togather and spent happy time over there till the early hours and came back to my home this is such a beautiful gift for my B'day and one more beautiful page in my book of life and it left me a such a nice memory of beautiful fragrance
actually as I thought not to buy a Saree not to celebrate my Birth day wanted to be alone with my husband in my home but with out any expectations from my siblings as well but see what had happened ?
but God has designed my day in A very beautiful way which I never expected and this is god's gift for me on my birth day so i consider this is my very special B'day
some times we think some thing, we plan some thing, but something is in store for us by our Almighty some times u will get some thrills which u will not plan  which are very very sweet and they remain in our memory for ever and ever the moments are so touching this is the best birth day i evr had after one decade may be?????
I'm spent my day with my brother and my husband, dad, sisters
I think God knows what we want.... accordingly he will plan our life may be?
is n't it thrilling? and some times u come across some miracles like this and they are ever thrilling
thank you so much my dear God ,,,, Sai Baba who is my guru and my lord he is leading me  I love u Baba my faith been increased ten times... more n more with ur loving deeds ....

but I liked this poem this makes me to write my blog about this beautiful creation of god Tulip what a beautiful name ? yesss it is...... my name tulip the adorable .... the New Zealanders could not call me by my nameTulasi .....so they used to call me Tulips their favourite n easy to pronounce name so this way I have a special connection towards this tulip

especially in New Zealand we used to grow them and used to gift as flowers and with pot also we used to get the tulip bulbs in food towns and in vegetable markets too

even in Auckland also in the Eden gardens there are beautiful tulip beds and it is really feast to eyes and this garden is very near to my home just walkable distance every day i used to take my kids to those gardens and used to admire hours together spending the time with beautiful dreams really really i love to spend my time in tulip gardens

as i told earlier i have special interest in tulips

i used to grow them in my garden when the spring starts ............ and used to collect almost all the colours of tulips

in New Zealand almost every one grows them in spring in their gardens and they decorate their gardens with these tulips of all colours

Myou can't be happy all the time I know with every day chores and tensions and work responsibilities lot more .........`making us more 'n' more unhappy as usual hectic work schedule hmmmm most of the time spending in farm monotony in work
I enjoy when I'm in here in my farm lot of greenery around and countryside atmosphere nice breeze far away from pollution and far away from the city with all this also most of the time i feel so bored, sad and always live in my past rather than in my present
lot of things making me unhappy all the time not able to forget the toxic feelings and toxic experiences caused by some people around us even then I myself trying to come out of this kind of loneliness and unhappy feelings tooo
now children grown up busy with their carrier and very far away ....... may be the missing factor also one of the factors making me so bored and sad and unhappy
soon i realised that i can not bear this stress causing me so sick ........................???????????
then going through some websites and finding so many interesting things and making my self busy even
after my busy schedule like coming from my work and attending my husband and attending my chores
then i came across so many interesting e books and articles really when i was going through them got a kind of relief and they are really mind soothing
It all starts with thinking, but it has a lot more to do with how you are feeling. This is why I believe it is SO important to start the day with a morning ritual to creating a feeling for what you want to happen in your day. For example, if you don’t have any money – you feel lack – and guess what – you will receive more of this. You need to create the feeling that you have every thing money wealth in your bank account. You need to hold yourself as though you already have this money. See yourself with it. Feel it in your hands. This positive feeling will send out a new vibration. Just watch what starts happening to you. Amazing things will start to show up for you. Please try this. Use what you need to in order to shift your feelings. try to be positive
and it is my personal experience like don't imagine things that not yet happened which makes us more sad and sick
if you think bad is going to happen then you are attracting bad to happened and negative vibrations will be around you making you uncomfortable and sad and sick

spend quality time with friends and family
cultivate some nice hobby which makes u feel happy

i have learnt a lot from my daughter
who always keep herself busy with so many activities and never seen her gloomy n unhappy at all
keeps herself very busy with friends and family apart from her regular activities like going to university....... same with my son really they are my inspiration and i have learnt a lot from them
come on try to be happy with the activities where you really find interest and happiness tooo
try to be happy which is a Key to freedom and success tooo

Yes this is 100%true health is wealth but with every day's problems and day to days's work getting ourselves continuous exposure to stress and strain we keep neglecting our health every body is busy with getting and making lot of wealth n material values but they are not yaking care about real health which is a great wealth of the nation nobody realises this fact


Nowadays every individual facing health disorders like physical as well as mental health issues
especially in the age group of 35 to 50 that too mostly women population family as well as work stress

main cause is nothing but stress we can't take it for granted stress
It is already known that stress can cause immune system changes, making someone under stress more prone to infections and other illnesses. The new study, however, is the first to suggest immune system changes in a child can be caused by a stressed parent.The researchers monitored parents of 169 children over a three-year period, during which the parents recorded instances when their child fell ill. The total number of illnesses was significantly higher in the children of parents who suffered from "emotional stress". Additionally, the children's immune cells were measured and the kids with stressed parents had raised levels
if the family means mom n dad maintain their health and be away from stress then the immune levels of the baby is high then the kids will grow in an healthy environment..................
So parents please think today's child is tomorrows citizen health nation with healthy children would naturally a wealthy nation too

so especially women should be aware of health issues, when they under go stress the impact will be on the entire family especially on the kids as a teacher I have seen many students with broken families always so ill and sad and with cough n cold and with many more health disorders too
so we have to keep this in mind that we have to cultivate healthy food habits spending quality time with family n friends and going to gym clubs n yoga clubs u can keep the stress 1000miles away from
ladies good luck be aware of stress it is a slow poison if u get exposed to stress it will kill u slowly

I want to say so much about myself I'm a proud mother.... I never had any tantrums with my kids as many moms face my kids are like my best friends they are my inspirations though am 40plus but never I felt like that when am with my children they share lot of things with me and we used to have lot of fun when we parents together with my children they are so open obedient and so transparent they never hide any thing from me they are so grateful to me always they appreciate whatever I do for them am so lucky my kids are never demanding am so liberal with kids I always explained them what is good n what is bad never imposed on them anything I feel so happy the way I bring them up this is all about 5 yrs ago I let this blog with out publish post when i was going through my old post this blog was saved as a draft ....now I'm going through this blog and made some changes like after five years again long gap isn't it?probably every parent should understand the generation gap and should step in to their shoes n understanding from their point of view and thus may be we can come closer to our children and make the gap smaller or no gap

so happy to see this and again............. I'm saying it I'm really a lucky mom to have children like mine now they are n't kids now when I started this they were kids now they are adults now my eldest one already a doctor and working in a prestegious hospital always kind n understanding

and the second child is 2nd year medico is this is so interesting ?now also they are so nice understanding and so friendly with parents I'm so happy with children I think every parent should have children like mine ......................i realised my dream by making them n and helping them to become doctors yahoooooo
